A few of us living on the Hampshire / Surrey / Sussex borders have been discussing the chance of going for a bit of a ride around the local countryside.

The ride will be about 120 miles and we'll be stopping off for refreshments along the way. We plan to meet at the Station Cafe on Sunday the 22nd September at 10.00 am and will finish the ride in the same place. It's a mixture of roads so there should be something for everyone.

All are welcome to come and join us. It would be nice if you could let me know if you're coming so I can get some idea of numbers, but do feel free to just turn up on the day.

A map of the location of the Station Cafe can be found here

I've put in an order for good weather, but haven't received an order confirmation yet! :Motomartin

I will not be able to join you this time due to the dreaded work!! Hopefully I will make the next one, have a great ride.

David

Put me down.

I'll just take my IAM Associates out on the Saturday.
Just need to arrange it with them now.

It looks at the moment as if my order for good weather has been received and is on it's way to being fulfilled, so Sunday has the making of a great day!

You misfits still riding tomorrow then?:nenau:D

Thanks for todays ride out, madness at Loomies as usual. Roll on the winter time and some empty roads.

Sorry I did not get there.

The gf works until 09:00, and by the time she got home and sorted it was a bit late to head off.

Her hours are gonna be reduced, so should make the next one.

Pitty you couldn't make it, I had a great time and I think those that did attend (Adventuredon, Pukmeister and mark the 'lurker') also enjoyed it.

Hopefully you'll be able to make the next one!

Chris

Let's hope that a few more attend the next one so we can put names to faces. Would be nice to have a local network of GSers for ride outs, social events and help with spannering etc.

Some nice roads today I never knew were on the doorstep despite living down South for 30 years. Hope Adventuredon has the Garmin route saved?

Thanks for a great route Chris, really gave the my bike a good workout.
Glad I had it remapped on Friday. Look forward to riding with you guys again.

Cheers Mark

Sadly......

I couldnt make it today, but that fact will be obvious by the fact I wasnt there. However, if any locals want to meet up at the start of October I think I would be up for that.

Mark.
