If the Mayor gets his way, his parting gift to Londoners will be months of traffic upheaval whilst they construct the Borisways across London.
From the Tower to Acton and from Elephant & Castle to Farringdon, the Borisways will give wide, two-way, kerb-segregated cycle tracks in the road.
I have mixed views about the proposals, but am sure not looking forward to months, even years, of mayhem whilst these Borisways are being built.
Public consultation runs to 19 October.
