Just fitted my autocom to my 2010GSA. I took it off previously from my 1150. Just put it back on the new one, exactly the same way I had it wired to the old one. Only prob is I know get interference through the headset while I'm riding.

The only difference with the new fitment is instead of a switched live that I had on the 1150, the power feed is from a takeoff from the AUX power supply under the seat. Could that be giving me the interference?

Any ideas?

The noise is unlikely to be from the power source as the Aux power take off is normally very good and clean.

Firstly disconnect all inputs, if noise goes, plug one in at a time until the noise is back, then look at that leads location and re-route / re-loacate the isolation module if applicable.

If the noise is still there with no accessories connected, try moving the main units location and re-route headset cables.

If you still have no luck, take power directly to battery to test, if clean, fit a switched relay for direct battery draw when ignition is on, they are around £20 from us.
