My 100RT has been off road on a Sorn since November, I charged the battery, well topped it up, as it was flat when i tried to start it the other day.
Left it plugged into the Optimate, Turned the fuel taps on, waited a few seconds, choke out. Hit the starter button, bloody surprised at how quickly it started.
Any other bike I've had would have been a bugger to start after such a long lay off.
Now and then I would spin the engine over, without having any petrol in the carbs.
must get it taxed soon.
