Surrey Lanes Sunday 22nd April

Guys (and Gals),

....short notice I know, but anyone fancy a blat around the Surrey lanes on Sunday morning?

I've got a 1/2 day pass from the wife (who as asked me to point out is 8 1/2 months pregnant ) so will be heading out early (8.00am) and aim to be back at start point for 12.00pm.

Meeting point will be either Ash (nr. Aldershot) or Newlands Corner, Guildford, TBC later if anoyone wants to join in.

As the lanes are dry (mostly) big bikes should easily keep up but pace will be moderate to fast as there is a lot of (lovely) ground to cover

Hadn't planned to bring the HP2 as its got the SM wheels on right now - not sure I'll have chance to change them before the weekend. Besides the EXC450 hasn't seen the light of day for a couple of months so wanted to blow the cob-webs off.

This could turn out to be a real eye opener "David Vs the Goliaths of KTM SE and HP2"....hmmm! Place your bets ladies and gents

Either way let me know if you guys are up for it. Come on Karl, get yer lazy ass outta bed and on that bike!!!!

With the weather being as good as it has been, is the route Tourance friendly?
Been eager to try some green laneing but still haven't got any TKC 80s on the 1150 yet.
Or for that matter, is your route 1150 GSA capable?

If the answers are favourable, I may have to join in.
