Yup - rear preload is in the middle (I think it say's 'norm' or something on the twiddler), but you'll probably want to hitch it up a little, damping is one turn back from fully hard (screwed fully in, then back a turn) IIRC. Front preload is one up from the bottom.
Some people find the rear (preload) settings don't make much difference - I've found them quite sensitive actually... Over/under steer can be induced at will with just a few clicks either side of the optimum position. Anything less than hard damping will induce the most alarming wallowing at the rear at speed, leading you (well me anyway) to believe you have had a puncture! Horrible sensation - experiment with it a bit - then set it back to standard and forget about it.
