SW-MOTECH TANK BAG

Ive just recieved an order i placed for a motech quick release tank bag and fastening ring but the clamp that attaches the bag to it is missing ? .Has anyone got one of these set-ups that can tell me if the clamp is extra

Hi Gypsy,

The bag part of the clamp (The "Upper Ring") should be included, only the lower part that fixes to the tank must be ordered separately. The tank bags normally come with a sheet of paper showing the contents - did you receive one of these? Which model did you order?

I ordered the Daypack and got the instructions for the tank fitting , a flat plastic plate ,8 bolts ,raincover and a piece of cord but no clamp.
Just spoke to the supplier and they are going to send one out 1st class so all should be ok

Toally unrelated to the sw-motech tank bag, but read your reply ref the top box you may have for sale soon. In the process of looking for one at the moment for my GS 1150, already got system panniers like i note you have.
