SW Motech upper bars and touratech fog lights

Anyone fitted this combination? Just wondering if the top mounting bracket for the bars will foul the fitting of the light bracket as they appear to attach in roughly the same place. If anyone has this combination some photo's would be good otherwise it looks like I'll be designing a bracket in my workshop when they arrive lol.

Anyone know who sells the Hella de light brackets without the lights so I can replace the touratech parts to allow easy mounting to my new upper bars?
