Swapping Wheels

I've bought a spare set of wheels from this site so that I can have one for knobblies and one for road tyres

Is there anything I should be concerned about when swapping them over?

• My main worry is the ABS (both sets have ABS rings but does anything need adjusting)?
  
• I'm aware that the disks will have slightly different profiles and not swapping the pads may mean a reduction in brake power initially while the pads bed in. Should I keep two sets of pads (essential or just nice to have)?

The wider one of the two wheels goes at the rear.

Wheels swopped in double quick time (well for me anyway ). Haven't ridden it though. Waiting for advice on the ABS etc.

Do they have the same matching ABS rings on both sets of wheels ??.

if they do, nothing to worry about.

if you have the two different types you may get the ABS light flash up at speed when using the older solid abs ring.

Don't worry about the pad profile. After riding two miles down the road the brakes will be fine.

Bugger, ABS rings different

Does this mean the ABS won't work or does it just mean the light flashes?
