I ahave a 2004 Rockster, looking for a switched power source for an airplay screen, so not high amperage. The bike is fitted with BMW heated grips. Are ther any other likely sources of switched power on the wiring loom or other easy sources of power. Don’t won’t to fit an accessory connected to battery such as a Fuzeblok. Cheers for help

Front Parking bulb. Used a feed off the one on my R1150GS to power a Garmin 2610 for many years. Very easy to make a ‘splitter ’ with spade connectors.

Try the parking light wire or factory GPS plug if fitted.

I use the instrument light circuits to switch relays for my power feeds.

IIRC each bulb actually has it's own circuit - but you can access them under the tank, one of the connector blocks on the rhs near the head.

Or if you don’t want to spice into wires you can you a fuse piggy back system, very easy to plug and play.

Just use a piggyback spade connector on the parking light. By far the simplest and cheapest solution.
