Switched power

Can anyone tell me where’s the best place to get switched power from. I’m already using the sat nav socket and don’t really want to use the accessory plug as it’s used for other other things. I’ve tried asking on the r nine t forum, but they don’t give a straight answer.

Thanks buddy, but I don’t want to cut in to a wire unless I have to.

There are some magic electricary boxes which plug into the bikes Canbus. You could look at https://www.hexezcan.com/ Or https://innovv.co.uk/products/powerhub/ I don’t personally have experience of these as I just cut into the live feed to the rear light for what I needed ( on a TDM)
