Just been looking to see what deals are available on new V85TT. I visited A&D in Denbigh last year but did not bite on the deal offered as they wanted RRP and a crap trade in price. I thought A&D is my closest dealer with Fraser's in Gloucester not much further away. I have known Neal Fraser for over 30 years.
Looking on Autotrader and Sycamore HD in Wolverhampton are advertising new Moto Guzzi and they appear on the dealer list at https://www.motoguzzi.com/gb_EN/

Nothing on the Sycamore website at https://www.sycamoremotorcycles.co.uk/our-locations but they are only an hour from me which is better than the others mentioned by some margin.

Anyone visited this dealer lately? They seem to cover RE & Yamaha at other branches so it would not surprise me if they bin HD like many others and focus on bikes that people want to buy!

I notice that I now have a dealer near me at Wigan Motorcycles. Only issue i have is I believe it's part of MotoGB group, who I have mixed feelings about. It's the dealer network that lets Guzzi down, so few and far between. I got my V85tt from A+D (60 miles away) and have found their aftersales service to be very good. I wonder how much Moto Guzzi knowledge these new dealerships have?

as in my other post, serendipity meant A&D got a sale today with their discounted V85TT Travel and higher than expected trade in offer.

Arnold’s of Leicester, and Burton have just finished with Piagio😳
I went there today to look at a few Guzzi’s.

Apparently today is the last day of Burton being a Moto Guzzi dealer. Also the Leicester has completely closed.
The signs are coming down later today. So that means there probably down now.

Think the new bikes have been pre registered.

Looked at a few. They said they could do the first service. But could not do any programming. ie updates and service indicator as they loose the license.

PX offer on my bike was applauding. So that was a shame.

On the way home on my Adventure I was thinking what is up with me!
Absolutely nothing wrong with the GSA. It’s one of the nicest ones around.

Why would I want to swop it for a Stelvio or a V85TT.

Might go visit that Welsh dealer tomorrow.

I collected my V85 today after the first service at A&D.

They still have a demo bike. Someone was just going out on it when I departed.

Fraser's in Gloucester also sell Moto Guzzi. Decent dealer and not that far from Shropshire. Gives you some options for negotiations.

Thanks. May go to Gloucester.
Need to check the advertised prices and stock.

I don’t need a Guzzi. But I can’t stop thinking about them.
Perhaps I should go to a Ducati shop.

Really like the Monster 1200R.

On another note.

Has anyone any thoughts on the new V85TT compared to the earlier one.
I know the newer TFT is bigger.

Latest engine has variable valve timing. But do they feel much different?

Hi Nick, I've had every variation of the V85 since they where first released in 2019 and I've loved everyone of them. The comparisons between the earlier and the new VVT bikes is that, obviously they are very similar. I do prefer the larger dash and have come to prefer the subtle changes in the front headlight mount and rear subframe. For me the biggest change is in the performance. The new bike only has a few more BHP and torques, but for me it has made a significant improvement in the overall rideability of the bike. The fueling is now almost perfect. If you where riding them back to back you might not notice any real changes but when you've lived with an original bike day to day then start to ride the new bike, there are times when you just think, 'Oh yeah' this is better.

It's strange because even though I've never ridden a Moto Guzzi I found myself wanting a Stelvio recently but have so far resisted.
