Has anyone got any recommendations for synchronising software

(Synchronising folders and files between two computers, connected by Wireless LAN.)

I'd also like the ability to sync "in use" files (like Outlook.pst) so that my main PC at home is updated from my laptop.

I was thinking of trying out the free trials of Suresync and Peersync, but don't want to go to the trouble of setting up either - to find that they charge an arm and a leg for the full application.

Any suggestions/recommendations?

Cheers

RoboCopy - built in with Vista and a free (MS) download for XP IIRC - set it up in a Command FIle (.CMD) and run it via built-in Scheduled tasks. Won't help with files that are "in-use"
