Anyone know how to remove the Sys 5 helmet cheek pads?

Yes.......
........Firstly you will need to remove the visor & the chinbar, instructions for which are in the booklet that came with your helmet.
On each side you will see the black hinging mechanism in which there are several smal torx screws.
The lowest (as the helmet is upright) smallest screw needs a torx driver to remove and that is all that holds the cheek pad assembly in place.
If you look inside the helmet you'll see that the chinstrap is threaded through the secondary brace strap and if you peel back the velcro fixed tab you'll see how to unthread the straps.
I don't have any photo's of this procedure but if I remember correctly Autocom have some PDF instructions for fitting comms to helmets, and I'm sure the system 5 is included.......

cheers for that, I managed to find the auto com instructions not long after posting, got it sorted now, thanks for the reply. I've no need to return to the Motherland of Scotland now unfortunately.
