System 5 with Pinlock visor insert

Does anyone know if the Pinlock anti-fog inserts will fit into a BMW System 5 lid?
Tried one on and am impressed by the comfort and the flip front. Are they noisier than full face lids? I have just had my Shoei Raid written off along with my bike and am looking for a replacement.

You can buy a visor from BMW with the pinlock anti-fog insert already installed. A Systemhelm 5 Visier Doppelscheibe, part number 72 60 7 691 289. It's definitely not cheap, though.

I can't comment on noise levels compared to the Shoei Raid, but it is definitely quieter than the System 4 helmet.

This month's RiDE magazine tested helmets for noise - the System 5 was the second quietest...

I find it is much better than my Schuberth Concept (which was desperately noisy) and certainly better than my old Shoei XR. I get negligible wind noise from the helmet at speeds up to around 40mph. I still wear earplugs with it though.
