I've no idea how I managed it, but somehow, I've snapped off a piece of the collar on my System 7 Evo. (I guess I caught it on something when moving it or putting it in or out of the car/cupboard.) See pic.
Anyway, I went into my local motorrad dealer, and they said its not a listed part.
Does anyone know if it is possible to source a replacement part or can tell me who manufactures the Evo so I can contact them.

Cheers

I think they’re made by Schuberth. I’ve attached a photo of the same location on my C5 which looks similar to your System 7.

I thought that Schuberth lost the contract with BMW and LS2 make them now ?

Might be worth contacting an LS2 seller in UK and asking for help ??

It seems their products have a five year warranty when registered, perhaps if they made the helmet for BMW they could advise you how to proceed with a repair ?

According to a thread on Reddit, it is suggested that it could also be made by the NOLAN group ?

To the OP. Every one is wrong.
The answer is in the helmet.
Took a reading of the QR code on my System 7 and it gave me the manufacturer name.
Took about 5 minutes internet searching.

It is MAVET in Italy, they also make helmets for AGV, Dainese, SAAB.
Picture from the QR.

I doubt they will talk to you. But you can try.

I've fired off an email to see if they have a part number or can supply me the part. We shall see.

I need reduced cheek padding on my new EVO 7 carbon. I've emailed them, but I doubt I'll get a response.
Anyone know how I go about acquiring internal parts for the Evo?
Cheers,
Bob
