System panniers

Happy new year and all that. Anyone get the system panniers for 1200gs of father christmas?????

How much do they cost and what do you think of them?
Oh and are they waterproof?

Yes Baz I did. A christmas prezzie from myself!

Cost £504 for 2 panniers, inner bags and locks. The seem to be waterproof so far. Fitting is a doddle and the clip on and off easily.
