Ok. Need some assistance here…..pictures are good!!
I’ll try and explain as simply as I can

Fixed rear T3 signals to rear of bike.
I have a specific loom for it.
WHITE to right turn
RED to left turn
BLUE to brake
There are 3 small white female connectors. The 2 shorter ones connect up,to the T3 pods

Additionally, I have , with a splitter, plugged in my front spots to the yellow

So,far so good

I have gone to the Hex software and configured all the right colours to the correct icons….
But all I get is one pod working (illuminating, not flashing or braking)

WTF am I doing wrong??

Richie

Oh! It’s a 2024 1250 GSA

Each item requires one circuit, indicators one circuit, brakes one circuit, pods one circuit

Anything other than the white plug, that's for canbus special stuff

Set up each circuit at a time and configure and test

What pictures??

Hi Richie

The white output can still be configured as any output, the default is now ezBUS though, as we increase the supported ezBUS compatible devices, but can still be configured as whatever you need.

Considering that one brake light is working and the other not, that tells me it's an issue with the non-working pod. To confirm/test this however, considering the aux spots are working on yellow, swap them around. This way you have a known working output powering the T3s. You can also move the aux spots to the blue channel to confirm they're working as expected.

What this achieves:
  • Confirm whether the blue output is the problem.
  • If the aux spots work there, the blue output is not the problem.
  • If the behaviour persists on the yellow output (i.e. one brake pod not working), that points us towards wiring or the t3 pod itself.
  • If there's 2 connectors you've connected to for the t3 pods, you can swap that around. E.g. the T3 splitter on our website has 2 4-pin white connectors for the 2 t3 pods - you can swap that around.
  • If the problem swaps around, e.g. previously left brake wasn't working, now right doesn't work after the swap, the problem is on the wiring.
  • If the problem follows the pod, that means there's an issue with the pod - considering right continues to work on a different wiring connection while left continues to not work on a known working wiring connection.

If it's the ezCAN output (which I doubt due to one of the pods working and the other not), reach out on [email protected] with your VIN, configuration file (top right menu > export) and details of what's going wrong.

If it's the pod or wiring, reach out to Denali.

Feel free to let me know if you have any questions!

Kind regards
