Tai Chi & Yoga Classes - Bromborough

My brother is running Tai Chi (1:00 til 2:00) & Yoga (2:00 til 3:00) classes from Saturday.

Location is Old Hall trading estate, at the Taekwondo Academy, Unit 7, Grisedale Road, Bromborough, Wirral.
It is sign posted as you turn into the trading estate.

1st classes went well with a good turn out.
Same again next Saturday, Tai Chi (1:00 til 2:00) & Yoga (2:00 til 3:00)

I did both classes & felt fine at the time, bit achey now but in a good way
