Hi guys,

Just a little warning. I was showing the girlfriend dunsfold aerodrome, where top gear is filmed. When I was making my way back to the main guildford road I was break tested by a white car with Hi-viz stripes on the back. When I manged to stop in time (due to leaving ample space infront) He persisted to put the car in reverse and ram the bike antill me and the girlfriend were knocked off.

He than claimed it was my fault and his friend who so happend to be driving past said I crashed into him. These guys where very threatening towards me and my girlfriend. I refused to hand money over, said it was his fault. As soonas he relised I saw the reverse light he basically said we should pay for our own damage. Not without threatening to still the bike.

As he so politely put it

"I'm a fucking gypsy and I take that fucking bike if I want to"

I didn't manged to get the reg of the vechil as I was more concerned with getting my girlfriend out of the situation. On a plus note, mu 650gs did more damage to the car The beak completely toar through his bummber and I only have a broken mud guard and a few scratch on the beak New found respect for my 650!

Can you give a better description of the car for others to keep an eye open.

Big, small, saloon, hatch, estate, old, new? Anything will help as it seems very likely that they will repeat the attempt with other victims.

Report it to the police (they are normally sat in the layby up the road by the burger van)

If you have two people on your bike you had more than sufficient witnesses to back up your claim. Probably using a stolen car too, Get down the copshop pronto - the next person they try it on might not get up off the road after.

Sadly that's common around there now. There's a group of pikeys that cause trouble to a lot of bikers around there (there's a bike school within the airfield).

Someone I heard of got knocked off his bike by one of the pikeys who then started giving him lip accusing him of causing the accident. He didn't say anything after that because he'd been knocked out and left in his van while the biker rode off

They have every right to evade any means to identify them from birth. Lying, cheating and stealing is part of their historical culture and any attempt to make them conform to the same rules as the rest of modern society is a breach of their human rights and tantamount to ethnic-cleansing.

Im not sure if this is ment to be sarcastic, but I don 't think there is much misunderstanding when they ram you off the road.

As for the car, I dont have many details. Looked new, white. Hi-viz on the back with highway maintenance on the back,

Already reported it to the police. did it on the way to vines to get the bike checked. All well other than I need a new mud guard!

I'm liking gunzenbombs idea of always riding with his helmet cam on nowadays, for use as evidence if he has any sort of accident. Would have been a treat in this circumstance.

These are the very reasons why I'm fitting front and rear bullet cams and a video recorder to my bike. Feck them!

One plan I did have if I one the euromillions (which I didn't) was to buy a tank and shell there campsite. Now thats a sport!
