Do it your self, Taking a set of bmw 1200 GSA racks and boxes, modifiying the racks to fit the 1150gs
All I did was cut the mounting points off relocate mounts, ok one or two had to be lengthened or shortened but that's about it

In case you are wondering, the tool box on the right side is a Cymarc production from Nippy Normans. It is the only one I could find that would fit my rack and Bike. I searched high and wide.

I had to cut the top rear inboard corner off, and weld in a new piece of 1.2mm SS sheet, so that it would fit around the bikes plastic fairing, which I did not want to cut.

My racks sit a lot higher and further back, so that I know my foot pegs which are lowered will strike the ground before the panniers will, and when the boxes are fitted, there is 10mm gap between the panniers and the rear indicators. I have just enough room to get the key past the rails to unlock the seat.

Finally with the panniers on the bike the width is 1 metre exact.
