I want to change the decals on the tank of my 1150 for the adventure ones.
Are these a genuine part or does anyone know anywhere else that may do them ?

Right folks, decals ordered from Humvee graphics. Has anyone any top tips for removing the old ones and putting the new ones on ?

Use a little heat, ie hair dryer or heat gun on a low setting. Just warm them up a little and they will peel off

I tried to use the Ukgser discount code to check the graphics price, and got the message: "Sorry, that voucher has expired".

My apologies the discount code had indeed expired I have just renewed it, use the same discount code UKGSer discount to get a 10% discount on orders over the value of £16.00 not including shipping :thumby:

Now then, now then....my 2003 Adv is going to get some love and attention, for the first time in it's sordid life. The tank stickers are original, cos it's how it came. Under the red flashes and GS main aspect of the tank decals it also bears the legend, in smaller type, 'ADVENTURER'. Was this something done on a short run or something, because I have got a second one and that one doesn't have it?

I always wanted one of these, from the moment they first came out, with that fantastic gate fold brochure shot in Chile. I wanted one immediately from that moment on.....it was a good choice too.

Non original, the model was designated ADVENTURE not ADVENTURER, nowhere on the bike did the decals read R1150GS Adventure or GSA or (sic) ADVENTURER a previous owner has added this.

Thank you - i bought it from the Isle fo Man, 14 years ago.....never touched it for serious repairs. QD fuel fittings changed for metal ones, Remus and a couple of farkles, but it has done me well and is still on original clutch, shocks, bearings.....just serviced basically, no proper repairs - oh, other than the stupid brake motor thing being junked. 111,000 now and still taking me around happily.
