Tank knee pads

Is it possible to replace tatty tank knee pads on a 2008 1200 hexhead.?

Any info..... Link to supplier / how to do it would be gratefully received

I have some of these on mg 06 GSA.
They look very nice. Are well finished and make it look a little more modern.
