Do they have Tapatalk installed on it? There is a server side as well as the app on your phone.

delphiforums/BaseCamp shows up on Tapatalk as available but wont let you log in.

Looks like you have your answer on your question over there I. E the forum isn't compatible. No idea never use it but it could be it's just broken. It happened here during the big upgrade or they may have decided not to support Tapatalk. Looks like a pretty decent mobile interface on the site and no install Tapatalk because it's better warning which leads me to think they don't support it.
