Tappet block aligning tool

Going to sort out some small oil leaks on my 92 evo,pushrod o rings and tappet blocks.Question is do I need the harley tool to align the tappet blocks on reasembly or do without?

Keep hold of them….they work for something else too….can’t remember at moment….thinking rocket box cover?
