Hi,

when synchronising the throttle bodies, I manage to get them at the same level for idle and for 1500 - 2000 rpm constant, but when opening the throttle to rev up to 1500rpm, they are very out of synch until the rpms are constant again. The difference is very noticeable (I use a carbtune). It's like one of the cylinders reacts much quicker. Should the levels go up equally?

Possible related problems:
-engine rattle at LHS (cam chain tensioner?)
-engine running a bit rough and noisy

U can't get em' perfect... Especially if engine is on acceleration or decceleration mode they go out of sync a bit, more or less, depending on revs. On constant revs you can get em' very stable constant.

Also there's some sensible (altough not that much) difference if syncronising with loaded bike (on riding).

If they're redicolously out of sync, then one possiblity is the throttle cables can be tired as well if they're old (BM recommends to replace the throttle cables on every 30-50Kkms). Always lube the throttle cables on every maitanance service properly throughoutly with WD-40. I find this helps alot on more precise syncronising results as well.
