Greetings all,

Had an old R100GS since 1993 and finally put it to good use a few years ago and rode to Kathmandu, Nepal via Iran, Pakistan and India. Nothing new there - except as a graphic artist I kept a cartoon record of the highs - and lows - of the whole trip.

This has now been (self)published into an epic full colour illustrated book and is available online at teawithbinladensbrotherwhere you'll be able to take a look inside, check out the route, see how the drawings were done, photos and more.

Seven months on the road - four years on the drawing board. I'd be interested in any feedback.

Book launch takes place at Topping & Co bookshop, Bath on Friday Sept. 17th. Topping Books

Hi Guys

Thanks for speedy response - glad you like the look of 'Tea with bin Laden's brother'...by the way who's BLT? Will cross necessary (GSers) palms with silver if need be.

Got my copy from Bath Road. Mike was well impressed with the cartoon of himself in it. And he's used that quote on me too! Good luck with the sales.

Mine dropped on the mat first thing.

Just a quick browse I thought until page 9 gripped me, my resolution to save this for a winter's evening has just disappeared.
