whats other peoples experience with this item and set up. worth messing with it my self or get it set up on a dyno

thanks pal iv seen that tryed that setup with not much success
plus the Cruise pot only go's up to 5.0v not 8v stating on that forum

Had one on a badly surging R1100RT and it worked a dream. I followed the instructions on their website and played around a little. It solved the surging and made the bike a pleasure to drive. I don't think you need to bother with a dyno. Just experiment with the settings and see how you get on, you can't damage the bike!
