Testing The Water ...

Well it looks like we have a few people wanting to take part - pending the dates.
I will look into this properly after the new year once most camp sites have reopened for the season.

... for 2011.

Would anybody be interested in riding up to the National Memorial Arboretum and having an overnight camp up there?

I am not making any plans at present but just testing the water.

Don't worry about dates at present but if possibly interested then please say so.

No promises.

Any further forward with plans ? :)

Still waiting for camp sites to open - some respond out of season some do not.
I still have it on my list of things to do so don't worry.

Not getting much joy with a traditional campsite so we may have to slum it in a camp site behind a pub :beerjug: The Gloobe Inn, in Snarestone, Swadlincote about 13 miles from the NMA.
Website comments say beer and food is good.
Toilet (1) and wash facilities (1 shower) are seperate to the pub so no needing to have your last pee before 23:00 :thumb

Not got a date in miond yet (I need to earn some brownie points).

Will get back sometime with full information.

Sounds ok, the most important things in place and no riding / driving back to camp site. Wot abart brekkie?, do it yourself fine but if available and it's raining so much the better (save Jamie Oliver (Pauly!) a job!.
