Joking aside (and they'll be some after my comments .. :D), if you can live with the branding, and you want a decent jacket that is well vented, then get yerself a second hand Twat suit jacket off here.
I do feel a twat in mine, have a lot of sympathy for the bod that got so much stick for cutting off his BMW logos on his jacket (you may not have seen the thread..), but they are, very good jackets.
If you can find a good condition second hand one, you'll get everything you want .. :thumb2
 
Try some Lindstrands stuff. . .Funky and well made.

Avoid Held, its crap. Vent zippers are poor quality that fail frequently. Although tbe actuL designs are good.

Try hideout leathers for lindstrands if you get stuck.

Try the revit tornado detachable waterproof and wind proof liner
Should be under £200 and trousers to match are great too
 
+ 1 for Hein Gericke. I've had mine for about 5 years, still fully waterproof & I paid less than £200 for it back then.

I do top up the waterproofing every 6 months or so though.

Had no problems with any zips/buttons failing & the vents do a fine job in summer.
