The big problem with this TFT Display is they should've made it backwards compatible somehow. That's a shame as it would have been a nice Xmas present upgrade

The clowns are the people trading in a bike they have only had a few months just to get this new screen and pissing away thousands of pounds in the process. It's not even new technology so why all the excitement just because BMW has finally got around to putting it a bike.

The TFT dash
The mounting hardware
The new switches (for both sides, as the new ones are black, so need to match
)The labour to fit it
The coding to make it all work
Or you could just get a KTM 1290!

MikeS well mike if guys have got money to burn on gizmos who care about what bikes are really about. Though it reminds me of the kings suite of clothes. Seriously with all this bling on the bars is it not a dangerous distraction. Perhaps it’s just my marinised sarcasm coming to the fore so please forgive me folk I’m just a grouchy old sailor boy.

Why would he order one when he already has one on his 1290 and is thinking of selling the Rallye anyway as it sits in a corner not getting used......
