This was a pissed neighbour cos my bike was running at 7,30 pm bank holiday Monday
The battery went flat for some unknown reason and i had just managed to start it after being on charge for 20 mins the bike had been ticking over for about 5 to 10 mins max when he come round telling me to turn off the bike I refused to do so and told him I had had a problem and only just got it going he then threw my keys down the road and started throwing my battery charger about , that's me on the phone to the police when he pushes the bike over I tried to push the front wheel down as it goes over

Leaving the engine running for that long early on a bank holiday Monday is pretty anti social not to mention not being the best way to deal with the problem. Having said that there is no excuse for violence. I hope your neighbour gets what he desereves

7:30 PM is not an anti social time. IMO...

7pm isn't that early?

Edit:

Great minds think alike obviously ....

This is bollocks though, the CJ system wont be in your favour,
he will be charged with criminal damage and you will have to privately sue him for the cost of the bike.

Also as he is a neighbour, and you know a thing or two about "Pests" I'm sure that some sort of revenge could be organised.....

its just short of £5000 for the bike and van i will let you know what evolves over the next week

he's actually 3 doors away the neighbours in between and the other side didn't even hear it running its an e marked pipe with baffle in

Doesnt look like 7.30PM, looks like the middle of the night........................

Hope you have enough to nail the twat :thumby:

the bike was tight up against the van couldn't move it before police were there as usual they weren't that quick

Don't you fancy inviting a few of us round for a cuppa? I've got a lovely new Akra system that has got an endearing "pop-crackle" to it. I'm sure there others who could pop up to Berks... :angel
At 6'4" and 22 stones, I'd just beg him to try doing that to my bike. I'd shove his head up his arse and tie his balls round his neck!

My apologies I misread for AM ! But the point about leaving an engine running is that its not very good for the engine and not a good way to put charge into a battery. Taking the thing out for a spin would have been much better. As I said I hope your neighbour pays for any damage. What did the police say?
