I picked up a new left hand side protector yesterday because a prat in her jam jar changed lanes ( 2nd to 3rd ) on the A40 near whitecity on tuesday, dent in both doors and took her mirror off. I had only been saying to the wife on sunday that I want to get H&B bars just incase I come off over winter. But the little plastic cover did its job well, no damage to the head.
I'd like to know what colour bars people go for chrome or black?

I went for black and think they look dead smart and stand out from the engine so you can see there are crashbars fitted
