I'm in a slightly odd position on that I'm buying my bike from Ocean in Plymouth but will have moved to Kendal by the time it arrives (12GS in Octbloodytober).
I'd already decided to go to Jefferies @ Shipley for the 1st service as I've heard nothing but praise for them on this site.
I emailed Jefferies to get an early heads up about the likely cost of a first service given that Ocean will have merrily pocketed the costs as part of the purchase price.
Louise Jefferies 'pursueded' Ocean to part with the cost of the service.
