Just to say thank you to Neil for the service yesterday, my trip back to Birmingham yesterday was amazing the bike felt completley different, you done a fantastic job.

Why are you bothering to thank him, it's his job?

You did pay him didn't you?

He serviced and fixed mine as well, in fact he dropped everything to do my final drive bearing when it failed although he probably put iron filings in the FD when he serviced it two days before knowing I was staying local for a few days.

I'd never thank the grumpy old bugger, his head would never fit in his workshop if everyone told him what a brilliant job he'd done.
