a few months ago i bought a Klim Badlands jacket off Gary at ABW. the jacket recently developed a small fault in that the draw cord at the neck became detached at one end. the thing is that next weekend the bike and gear is going in a container and being shipped to the USA so if anything was going to be sorted it needed to be quick. had a chat with Gary yesterday and it was agreed i would take the jacket over for him to look at and he would see what could be done. went there today and lo and behold a new jacket was waiting for me. no messing about with repairs no umms no arrs job done! thank's Gary for an excellent service from one happy bunny :thumb2

And you just know that the next time you have some spare pocket money to spend on goodies, there's only one place you'll go!

Good old fashioned customer care is depressingly rare these days - it's not difficult to look after people properly, but so many businesses large and small don't seem to know how it's done!

I'll be up to see Gaz & Jonno soon, as I want to discuss suspension options on my 800GS - I wouldn't consider going anywhere else - even the personal abuse is to a standard rarely seen elsewhere!

Enjoy your trip!

That's good news because the first time I used mine it snapped:blast Gaz, can I, can I?
