The 1200, how many watts does it have extra?

Hi,

The alternator on the 1200 puts out 600 watts. How much of that does the bike realy need and how much is let over for accessories. For stuff like lights, heated vests, lasers and so on.

I wonder if the 1200 Adventure alternator will fit the 1200?

Should give 50 amp max then ,a lot of small cars fiesta's & the like only run 55amp but they have a bigger storage capacity with the bigger battery
