The US Rangers trained for their D Day assaults on the north coast of the province, I believe? I also understand that US Presidents have an open invitation to stay at one of the local hotels? Free, gratis etc. A friend was having a leak in the gents of said hotel when a newcomer came in and stood at the urinal next to him. It was Bill Clinton. No. He didn't ask about Monica ...
