Tim & Longshanks missed out on the birthday drinks I offered him. Maybe next year.
You're right about a change of venue because last night was a poor performance when recieving my main course before my starters after everyone else had their meals in front of them.
I don't know what the Black Dog offers but when I go to this sort of meeting I want a good homemade cheese burger with chips and salad, and maybe a nice pudding. I know a couple of places so please let me know if you need a pointer but please bear in mind they are not on the A41 and require a bit of navigation skills.
PS. It's not just burgers that I want but I don't need Cordon Bleu...
