The Donkey clocks 250,000 miles

Well, on the way to the workshop this morning, the Donkey clocked 250,000 miles. That's what it says on the clock anyway, I know there is about another 40k to go on that when the speedo wasn't working and I was using the GPS, and possibly up to another 40k when I didn't notice that the 1000s digit on the speedo was stuck on the 7

OIL, I use anything that's kicking about or cheap and change it every 6000 miles when I remember(missed the last one by 14000)

If more people on this forum shared this attitude... i.e. not obsessing. My guess is there would be fewer problems. I don't.. and so have had only one breakdown in almost 15 years. (Hall sensor).
