I’m thinking of organising this event and wanted to gauge what interest there might be.
This is an event for fun, for likeminded individuals. The only thing you are likely to win is a tacky cup
I’ve spoken to a friend who has a farm between Reading and Wokingham in Berkshire.
He’s prepared to set aside two of his fields for the weekend and set up some challenges over the weekend of 11th/12th September.
This is not a racing event. Competitors will be faced with a number of different course sections. Some in the fields, some in the woods.
I’m thinking of two different classes right now. Single cylinders with a capacity of 600cc or more and twins. The idea is to offer something not too challenging so you can you can use your own bike.
On site camping Friday and Saturday nights. Breakfast (bacon roll, eggs, sausages, tea, coffee) on Saturday and Sunday mornings and a Wysipig hog roast on the Saturday night. www.wysipig.co.uk
Any refreshment will need to be brought with you.
Portable loo’s but no showers.
There are a number of byways you can ride close to the farm if you want to ride-out during the day.
Depending upon numbers but if we can get a minimum of 50 people together I think an all in price of £50 per person.

but I might let him use my bike as he a reasonable rider
