Braai - it's highly weather dependent, but at past events the BBQ has always added something, in my opinion, so let's look at a plan for that

The last brewery tour of the day (I assume that would be best for tossers) is 3pm.

With an earlyish start, that leaves room for a ride-out and a tour, for anyone so inclined.
