Nice to hear from you and thanks for the good wishes.

I recognise the BikerCom carries a premium price tag; I wouldn't call ourselves a direct factory outlet, we are the manufacturer and have not yet confirmed any distribution partners. If everything goes well we will have distribution soon and will be able to provide local support, as you rightly noted a 12 month warranty is not that useful if your having to send products half way around the world for warrany purposes.

My main reason for posting was to let people know about our competition.

Hello Tuned In,

I did carefully read Guidelines before posting and have tried to be honest and avoid any salesmanship; however after re-reading the Guidelines I can see how my post could be considered somewhat spam like.

Therefore I would like to recant my previous comment; my main reason for posting was to bring to light an otherwise unknown product.
