Just booked this. Currently good deals on DFDS for that weekend - £156 return with seaview cabin for one person/bike, albeit arriving on the Thursday and leaving Sunday tea time.

We,re booked on the Hull>Rotterdam ferry, out Thursday night, back Monday PM.

£250 two up, twin cabin, one GS.

Missed last year at Ronse  Looking forward to this one :bounce1:bounce1

Trying to change my booking to just the Saturday night. Replied to my confirmation email but not heard back.

Any other way to contact Beautiful Freak?

Have been doing these. and the Belgian ones, since 2000. All great fun and value but I think the Eu125 plus extra for a T shirt is a bit of a price hike this year!

Booked the ferry back in October so committed this time but would have thought twice if I'd seen the cost sooner :augie

If anyone is interested, this is the link for the Hull >> Rotterdam crossing.

EDIT: Actually it's not, but it's close...

How do you contact these people ?

Went on their website a few days back
followed translation to press 'submit ' Registration form................. Screen went back to the club homepage then nothing. :blast

Had No confirmation, or request for any payment.
You can't even e mail anyone to get the required info.

Did you all book ferries, and just intend to turn up and take pot luck ??

If you submit the form and give it a little time you will receive a confirmatory acknowledgement that your submission has been received. you will then receive an email confirming as well to the email addy you supplied.

On past experiences you can pay on arrival.

Journeyman, try resubmitting. I have written to the organisers asking that we pay on arrival as we have done in the past as trying to pay in euro's is a PITA. Awaiting a reply and will advise on receipt.

Our ferry is booked.... so if your going don't delay otherwise you may be disappointed.

For anyone interested the very nice Dutch team organising this event were very obliging in allowing the team of four to pay on arrival. I'm sure if you ask nicely they will accord you the same privilege.

That said I did offer to provide proof of our ferry bookings. I guess also that we have attended before helps and that we are proven non trouble makers.........

Hi,

first of all sorry for the problems you had contacting me and the registration. I thought I had already subscribed myself to this thread so I would be informed when a new post was placed. That's why I didn't check this thread for a few days.

E-mailing me is probably blocked because I'm not a member of your great forum (don't know if foreigners are excluded or not). But in the future you can contact me at this e-mail adres:

tomdegraaff"then the funny a"hetnet.nl (no spaces and put the @ in the ""part).

We hope to welcome many of you at our biannual Easter meeting!

Greetings, Tom de Graaff, one of the Easter Bunnies.

I'm in......
Ferry out Thurs night from Harwich to the Hook /. Return Sunday night .
Should of been just shy of £200
But hey. Tesco vouchers £65 sorted. :thumb2

Had to go e mail to confirm registration with Dieni (tailcat ) on their site?
Can also pay subs on arrival.

Result..... See you there .
