Starting trouble

Sorry guys I was not able to restart the bike at Hertford for a while. I then worked my way up to Whitwell and great Offley but no sign of any one so I came home again.:rob Hope you all had a better day than me.

Can't wait to see photies

Tom

Thanks Greg for leading us on a great days riding around Herts. Great to meet everyone and I hope 'Bug' (?) that you got your bike recovered quickly and its nothing too major. See you all again.

Cheers Greg for leading us out and Dave for tail ending, great day out.

Shoulder a bit sore now after bouncing down the road.

Look forward to the next one.

Muchos Gracias!

Many thanks Greg, that was a great day round the Herts lanes. I really enjoyed it. The frosty start added to the beauty of the fields & the solidity of the trails, for which i am doubly grateful.

I managed to keep it upright the whole day despite the icy roads, icy puddles & my at times overeager throttle hand.

A splendid ride out, & it was very nice to meet you all. :)

Bimble

What a great ride out, many thanks to Greg and the boys for leading us round the lanes :thumb2

Any pics of East London Geezer (Andy) falling on his arse would be much appreciated. :augie

Thanks for organising a great day out Greg, and to Dave (tail-ender) for roosting me whilst having a slash:augie cheers mate:thumb2.

I hope everyone made it home ok and have thawed out - boy, this was the coldest off-road day I think I've ever been out in. Still it was good to get to know my latest bike (KTM)

Looking forward to seeing your pics and video shots Greg.

Thanks again,

Phil

Bug's XC in the Old Bourne and not starting - It's not the best place to have a breakdown as the only way out is up.

Thanks for leading Greg... I did a few more lanes on the way home the last few in the Dark to test the new HID

The videos:

Too long for YouTube, so I've split it in two.

Part One:

Yet another vote of thanks - Greg and Dave for wrangling us all, SWB Motorad for the coffee and carpark, and to a bunch of new tosser friends.

Best day I've had all year!

Well done Greg - good to see it on youtube. Looks slow though dunnit?:augie

Must be those lardie GS types eh?;)

Thanks Greg and Dave great day out , Cold ride up was well worth it .

Nice to see everyone looking forward to doing this ride when its a bit warmer and wetter.:thumb

Thanks Greg and Dave for a corking rideout. I've discovered that adventure crash bars are designed to stop bits of skin and shin bone from lodging in the cylinder fins. Great day.

boy I wish I'd come (elected to have a shit day at work instead).

In truth I was going to come, but was a bit worried about taking my GS off the tarmac for the first time in front of a load of other tossers - it was reassuring to see others laying their bikes down on the clips, and it looked as if it was all taken in good humour.:comfort

Will definitely come on the next ride - looking forward to it already.

Have a great day today cleaning your bikes and kit, and of course putting up those shelves you promised doris you'd do yesterday!!
