Stayed here on Sunday night after a quick run down to Westport with Smartbazza. Great hotel, recently refurbished with nice rooms and hotel bar. And best off all an under ground car park. And great value. We will be back.

Handy to know Reggie. May I enquire about the price?

Last September four of us were on a photo rallying weekend and the cheapest rate I could get for two twin rooms was €690. We stayed in Newport instead.

Aidan if your ever down that way again give Declan in Westwood house B&B a ring been going there 20 odd years always a great stay and good craic out of Declan

It was €149 per room including breakfast for 2. The room had a double and a single bed. And was immaculate. Breakfast was good too.

Looking at the picture this appears to be what was the Mill Times Hotel rebadged and refurbished. We used to be regular autumn visitors there around early October when you could get a really decent deal for a group trip. Nice hotel in a nice spot.

149 euros a night doesn’t count in my group trip budgeting computer but it is a nice place.

I think you’ll find that pretty close to the going rate in a popular town / area in post-Covid, price gouging Ireland
I’m paying e120 single, e130 twin/dbl for groups & it’s not even May FFS
