I had never been a fan of the GS but even I'll admit he's a damn fine looking lad. It came with free panniers but she exchanged them for the topbox. She couldn't sleep last night with the excitement of picking him up so she's now flat out on the couch having a well earned doze.

And his name is Fritz :D

That's my bike!

Well, it looks the same; I have the panniers as wekll as the top box and I fitted 'crash bars' straight away. Unless you wife is very tall I assume she has the medel with lower suspension/seat?
Anyway, it is a very 'user friendly' bike and I am sure she will very soon feel very much at ease on it.

She had the lower seat fitted. Bike talk is beyond me. Unlike her old (and nicked!) Triumph she can put both feet on the ground now. She's getting used to the riding position and her dismount was less than graceful :augie but she loves it already.

She wants to get used to it before taking me as a pillion but I can't wait!
