Thanks for a great weekend and for the tremendous hospitality.
Big thanks to Tom and Elizabeth for feeding me on my soggy arrival .....on which subject: I have never seen so much consistent rain in my life. From the moment I got off the ferry on Friday, with a brief respite this morning, then all the way back to Belfast and from Stranraer home with a spot of novelty fog thrown in for good measure.
and just up the road, on me way back to Belfast, I came round the corner to see this pub:

Thanks again folks - it was a good weekend despite the weather.

Congrats Grandad
That's 4 more than me
Although not a UKGSer weekend in the classic sense - no Sat ride-out due to the weather - it was still a good weekend. Had time to watch a good bit of rugby, have a swim & generally chill. Hotel was comfy (if a bit warm), the staff were pleasant and the food was excellent & plentiful.
Thanks to Mandy & Aidan for organisingAnd well done to Ange & Tim, Chris and Matt for making the effort to come over for the weekend
