Looks like all the decoration stuff you get in the bottom of a fish tank... just missing an arch.
No, in fact that could pass as a japanese fish keepers tank dispaly in tribute to their tsunami and nuke power station meltdown.
It tasted nice but now have the appearance of someone who has swallowed a bowlful of Windscale Flakes.
