Roynie and I are currently in beautiful Kelowna, British Columbia, awaiting the verdict on a final drive problem with my GS.
It is lovely here, but we are meant to be 1,000 miles north, on our way to Alaska.
The trip started in Halifax, Nova Scotia, on June 2nd. Since then we have covered a lot of ground. We rode Route 66 with the Mother Road Rally, then up the west coast, stopping to have the GS serviced in Portland, and into Canada.
I have been keeping a daily record of our trip on our blog, View from the Impasse, if you are interested in our trip so far.
